A one-line idea → team-up → ship the product → next leap. Every cycle stacks venture-ready and portfolio-ready assets on your Aline.team.
Explore the homepage, /explore, /tags, and /recruit without signing up. Trending works are ranked by views, likes, and team members joined. Work descriptions show a ~100-character preview to non-members; full content, service links, source code, and feedback require a free account. Try demo@example.com / demo1234 for a guided look first.
Sign up with email or via Google / LinkedIn. After signing up, set your profile on My Page: • Profile photo (auto-resized client-side to ≤512px / 800KB) and short career line • 'Open to team-up' toggle — when ON (and 'Share profile' is also ON), your profile appears in the '팀에 열려 있는 메이커 / Makers open to team-up' section of /recruit • 'Share profile' toggle — generates a public page at /profile/[id] with your name, career, interests, team status, and works • Aline.team can be linked from My Page later for serious collaboration
On the landing page, type a one-line idea — AI (Gemini 2.5) analyzes intent and routes you: • Product/Idea: AI auto-fills title, description, target audience, problem-solved, and even generates a cover image (Imagen 4) on /upload • Team-first: routes you to /recruit/new — see step 4 • When registering an idea: choose 'recruiting' to attract teammates from day one. Tags help discovery via /tags. Multi-language exposure (EN/JA) auto-translates with Gemini on save. The form auto-saves every 30 seconds to local storage.
Don't have a concrete idea yet? On /recruit, post a team-up call directly: • Headline + short self-intro + the roles you're looking for. Form has '✨ Let AI draft it' — type one line and AI fills the rest. • Empty board? Example cards seed the form for you. • Post limit: 3 per day (anti-spam) • Each post: like, report, and 'Develop into an idea →' (AI converts the recruit post into a structured idea draft and routes you to /upload as an idea) • Recruit posts are noindex (members-only). They appear on /recruit alongside the 'Makers open to team-up' section (see step 2).
Once teammates respond: • Lightweight 1:1 messaging on Ppomnae — recruiter and applicant exchange short messages directly on the recruit post (rate-limited per user) • Click the orange 'Request to join via Aline.team' button to bring serious collaboration into an Aline.team channel • Aline.team is where you actually build the product together, with project boards, applicant management, and Git-based skill matching • Existing works can also enable 'recruiting' — applicants can include collaboration conditions (timezone, async preference, language) when applying, and optionally share their public profile.
Once your team has built it, post the product on /upload: • Service type badges (Web Service / Installable / App) for clarity at a glance • License (default CC BY 4.0), GitHub/GitLab link, optional PDF brochure (downloads logged, viewable in My Page) • 'Accept feedback' toggle for private comments visible only to you • One-click share to X or LinkedIn after registering, with title/description pre-filled • Multi-language auto-translation (EN/JA) via Gemini on save Likes, views, and feedback signal market response — your PMF check.
Take the shipped product toward a real business — or use it as the launchpad for your next bigger project. • Every cycle (idea → team → product) stacks collaboration history and shipped work on your Aline.team portfolio — concrete proof for investors, customers, and your next team • Other makers see your launched product and start a new idea → cycle continues • Especially useful for juniors, job seekers, and career switchers building CV-worthy, GitHub-shareable work with real teammates
• My Page → manage works, team applications, downloads, feedback, notices, and Aline integration • 'Open to team-up' / 'Share profile' toggles control visibility on /recruit and /profile/[id] • Account deletion: My Page → Danger Zone → confirm email + select reason → all data permanently deleted immediately
Q. Can I find teammates without a fixed idea yet?
Yes. Go to /recruit and post a team-up call directly — the form has an '✨ Let AI draft it' option (type one line, AI fills the rest). Posts are limited to 3 per day to prevent spam. You can also browse 'Makers open to team-up' at the top of /recruit and reach out via their profile.
Q. How does the 'Develop into an idea' button work on recruit posts?
On any recruit post detail page, click the '✨ Develop into an idea →' button. Gemini reads your recruit text and drafts a structured idea (title, description, target, problem, suggested roles, tags). The draft is auto-filled into /upload as an idea post — you can edit before publishing. Useful when your recruit post evolves into a concrete project direction.
Q. What does 'Open to team-up' on My Page actually do?
When ON (and 'Share profile' is also ON), your profile appears in the 'Makers open to team-up' section at the top of /recruit, plus a badge on your public profile (/profile/your-ID). Other users can find you and reach out. Both toggles must be ON because others need a public profile page to land on.
Q. How does the 'portfolio compounds on Aline.team' part work?
Each completed cycle (idea → team → shipped product) leaves a trail on Aline.team — who you worked with, what was built, when. Over multiple cycles, this becomes concrete proof of cross-functional collaboration experience that you can show to investors, customers, or your next team. Especially valuable for juniors, job seekers, and career switchers.
Q. Is registration free?
Yes. Signing up and registering works on Ppomnae is completely free.
Q. Which social accounts can I use to sign up?
You can sign up with email/password, or via Google or LinkedIn. Aline.team can be connected separately from the My Page after signing up.
Q. What kinds of works can I register?
You can register AI-based products (services/apps/tools) or idea posts. Works created with AI assistance (vibe coding) are fully supported. For products, you can tag the service type (Web Service / Installable / App) so visitors can tell at a glance what kind of product it is.
Q. How does AI Assist work for idea posts?
When registering an idea post, click '✦ Post with AI assist' at the top of the form. A modal will open, describe your idea freely in the text area (no need to be structured). Click 'Generate with AI' and Gemini AI will automatically create a title, description, target audience, problem statement, and a cover image using Imagen 4. Review and edit the result, then click 'Use this content' to fill the form automatically. You can regenerate as many times as you like.
Q. How does AI thumbnail generation work?
On the idea registration form, enter a title and description, then click the '✦ Generate AI image' button below the thumbnail upload area. Imagen 4 (Google) generates a cover image based on your content. If Imagen 4 is unavailable, Gemini Flash is used as a fallback. The generated image is automatically uploaded and set as your thumbnail. Click 'Regenerate AI image' to try again.
Q. Can I add multilingual descriptions?
Yes. When registering a work, check the languages (English / Japanese) you want to expose. Gemini AI will automatically translate the title, description, tags, and more when you save. Translation is only triggered when content has actually changed, edits that don't touch text fields skip the translation step entirely.
Q. How does the brochure (business plan) download work?
Upload a PDF brochure when registering your work. The download button is only shown to logged-in users, non-logged-in visitors see a locked button. Every download is logged, and you can view the full download history (name, email, date) in My Page → Download Log for each work.
Q. What is the feedback feature?
When you enable 'Accept feedback' on your work, other logged-in users can leave private comments on the detail page. Feedback is not visible to the public, only you (the owner) can read it. You can view all feedback per work in My Page → Feedback. Each feedback also has a 'Report' button; reported items are reviewed by admins who can delete them or take action against the user.
Q. How do I apply for team recruitment?
Log in, then click 'Apply' on the detail page of a work with team recruitment enabled. You can add a message and optionally enter your own collaboration conditions (timezone, language, meeting frequency, etc.). You can also check 'Share my profile' to let the owner view your public profile page.
Q. What is the public profile feature?
On My Page, toggle 'Make profile public' to create a shareable public profile page at /profile/[id]. The page shows your name, profile photo, career, team-recruiting badge, and your registered works. You can share the link with team leaders or collaborators. When applying for team recruitment, check 'Share my profile' so the owner can view your profile directly.
Q. What is Aline.team?
Aline.team is a workspace platform for team management. By connecting your Aline.team account on the My Page, you can view applicants' past project experience and manage collaboration systematically.
Q. How do I delete my account?
Go to My Page and scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom. Click 'Delete Account', confirm your registered email, select a reason for leaving, and submit. All data is permanently deleted immediately.
