Email Authentication & Invitations — The initial registrant becomes the Owner. Subsequent member management is based on invitation codes. Poll participation does not require a login. 5. 1-Minute Installation — `git clone` → `npm install` → `npm start`. JSON file-based, no database setup required. Node.js is all you need.
